Glenview Housing
The dominant cohort of Glenview's housing stock was built between 1960 and 1979, a period that accounts for roughly a third of all homes in the village. Those decades produced well-built, generously sized houses with a persistent set of limitations: closed-off kitchen layouts that cut the cook off from the family, galley configurations with no room for an island, primary baths with tub-only setups that predate the walk-in shower, and formal dining rooms that no longer match how families actually live.
